What you get is a contact form hidden inside the contact us area. You fill in your name, email, subject, message, and you can attach files up to 8mb. Then you wait.
We submitted a test ticket asking about the shop points system. Specifically, whether gems expire after a certain period. The confirmation screen said someone would get back to us shortly. Shortly turned into about 14 hours. The reply came from a rep named Celeste. She confirmed that gems don't expire and that the 10 percent VIP discount applies automatically at checkout.
There's no phone number, no Telegram, no WhatsApp. No estimated response times posted anywhere. The only email address we spotted was buried inside the terms and conditions page.
For a casino that requires KYC before you can even deposit, the lack of real-time support is a big friction point. If your verification gets rejected at 10pm on a Friday, for example, you're not playing until Monday at the earliest.

Player Feedback
