The game provider list is a mess
Over twenty game providers are listed twice, sometimes with different spellings, abbreviations or capital letters. I've also come across nine providers listed at least three times in a row such as 3 Oaks, Avatar UX, Evolution, Jackpot Studios, No Limit City, One Touch, Swintt, Test Provider and Wicked Games. How is it even possible to be so sloppy?
Well, I get it. There are way more providers than the average site. When testing with Irish IP (with VPN), 144 different studios showed up.
Many odd provider names that I never heard of are included, for instance AMG, Dogs, Dominator, Dev xpress, Gods, Jathin test product, Lootboxes-service, Luckyblock Lootbox, PortalPlinko, Rosetta, SEN, Slot-game-provider and Trading are shown in the list where you're supposed to tick one to find relevant games from a certain brand.
Many game aggregator have also incorrectly been shown in the filter, such as Hub88, i3 Soft, Skywind and Lootbox Provider to name a few. Well, the site is quite new but that nobody in three months time complained about this, or nobody internally complained about the mess is a mystery to me. It's not very hard to improve and make it better, but is their reputation destroyed to some degree after such a blunder? For me it is at least. Still, I hope it's sorted within short so it's possible to find games without having to scroll to a list full of errors and early launch language such as "example provider" or an endless list of abbreviations that you never heard of.

Player Feedback
Sir Betalot Casino has a lot going for it particularly on the casino side. The game library is large enough that we kept finding new titles beyond the usual big releases. The homepage could do with tighter organization, though. There are plenty of horizontal game rows to scroll through, and the small labels can make some sections feel cramped.
The promo system also takes some time to get your head around. AoV, Crowns, eight loyalty ranks, cashback, rakeback and Vault rewards all have their own place, but we would have preferred a clearer picture of what we could earn and when. Our payment tests were less satisfying. Our test deposit took over 12 minutes to arrive, and the withdrawal took just over an hour. Neither failed, but both could have been quicker.
