We made three Bitcoin deposits for this review. The first two arrived almost instantly, but the network fees on those transactions were slightly higher compared to the third deposit. Withdrawals were a different story. Royalen Casino's Confusing Withdrawal Terms
When we first contacted live chat, an agent named Violet informed us that the minimum Bitcoin withdrawal was 0.0004 BTC. Later, another representative, Jesse, told us that withdrawals were instead subject to a 50 EUR minimum threshold.
A few hours later, we contacted support again. This time, an agent named Sam stated that the minimum withdrawal amount was 0.002 BTC, significantly higher than the 0.00096806 BTC balance available in our account at the time.
According to Sam: "The withdrawal limit is system-set and can change. Right now the minimum is 0.002 BTC, so your request is rejected because you are below that".
After increasing our balance to 0.00234653 BTC, we attempted another withdrawal. Surprisingly, the cashier still rejected the request. We returned to live chat and were asked to try again while an agent monitored the process.
On our fourth attempt, the withdrawal request was finally accepted by the system and moved into a processing state. A few hours later the withdrawal was accepted.
The main concern isn't the size of the withdrawal limit itself. Rather, it's the fact that we were given three different minimum withdrawal amounts by three different support agents, while no minimum withdrawal figure was clearly displayed in the cashier.
None of the limits were displayed anywhere on the actual withdrawal page. That's the kind of detail that can frustrate players trying to plan a payout in advance.
